Based on our best-selling campervan insulation kit, this upgraded PRO package combines Dodo DEADN PRO 2mm sound deadening with Dodo Thermo Liner PRO SE 10mm insulation. Both products have been developed in the UK specifically for automotive applications and van conversions.
Ideal for VW T4, VW T5, VW T6, VW T6.1, Caravelle, T25, T3, Type 2, Mercedes Vito and Ford Transit campervan conversions.

Many vans and campervans start life with very little sound deadening or thermal insulation. Bare metal panels can transmit road, engine, exhaust and transmission noise, while allowing heat to escape in winter and build up inside the van during summer.
The Dodo Van Insulation PRO Kit combines 2mm butyl sound deadening with 10mm closed-cell foam insulation to address both problems.
The kit contains enough material to treat the key areas of a typical fully-windowed campervan, including the side panels, wheel arches and roof, or the floor where appropriate on a pop-top vehicle.

Dodo DEADN PRO 2mm Sound Deadening
The first layer is Dodo DEADN PRO 2mm sound deadening mat. Applied directly to single-skin steel panels at approximately 50% coverage, it helps reduce panel vibration, resonance, rattles and unwanted road noise.
The flexible high-grade butyl material is particularly effective on side panels, wheel arches, doors and other areas prone to vibration.
Installation is simple. Cut the material to shape, peel off the backing and apply directly to the prepared vehicle panel.

Dodo Thermo Liner PRO SE 10mm Insulation
The second layer is Dodo Thermo Liner PRO SE 10mm, a dense closed-cell foam insulation designed specifically for automotive applications.
Applied over the sound deadening, Thermo Liner helps create a thermal barrier that can help keep your campervan warmer in winter and cooler in summer. It also works alongside the DEADN PRO sound deadening layer to further improve acoustic comfort.
The closed-cell foam construction does not absorb water like traditional wool or fibre insulation, making it particularly well suited to campervan and van conversions.
The reinforced aluminium layer provides an additional barrier against heat transfer, while the dense foam offers excellent crush resistance.

For the best results, make sure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease, dust and loose material before applying the self-adhesive products.
