The package provides 15m² of Dodo Thermo Liner PRO insulation, alongside targeted DEADN HEX sound deadening and additional 50mm EVO Fleece insulation.
Stage 1 – Dodo DEADN HEX 1.8mm Sound Deadening
The first stage is Dodo Mat DEADN HEX 1.8mm, a self-adhesive, foil-backed sound deadening and vibration damping material.
Applied to the interior metal panels of the van, DEADN HEX helps reduce panel vibration, structural noise and unwanted road noise.
Its lower-weight construction provides an effective sound deadening solution without adding unnecessary mass to the vehicle.
The material is simple to install. Cut the sheets to shape, peel away the backing and apply directly to clean, prepared metalwork.

Stage 2 – Dodo Thermo Liner PRO 15mm
The second stage uses Dodo Thermo Liner PRO 15mm, a professional-grade thermal and acoustic insulation material designed specifically for vans, campervans and motorhomes.
This Special Edition version of the best-selling Thermo Liner PRO features an enhanced glass-fibre-reinforced aluminium layer for increased performance.
The combination of reinforced aluminium foil and extra-soft closed-cell foam creates a high-performance insulation layer that can follow the curves, shapes and contours of your vehicle.
Thermo Liner PRO helps create a thermal barrier within the van, helping maintain a more comfortable interior temperature throughout the year while also contributing to a quieter cabin.
It is suitable for use on van sides, floors, roofs, doors and other areas where thermal and acoustic insulation is required.

Stage 3 – Dodo EVO Fleece 50mm
The final layer is Dodo EVO Fleece 50mm, a sustainable, itch-free insulation quilt manufactured from recycled plastic bottles.
The tighter EVO composition helps the fleece retain its shape when installed into tight or awkward spaces, while continuing to provide excellent thermal insulation.
It can be installed between the panels of the Crafter, MAN TGE or Sprinter or used over existing insulation to improve overall thermal performance.
One face has been lightly heat treated to provide a smoother surface, helping with panel contact and spray adhesive installation.
Dodo EVO Fleece is easy to work with and can be cut using a straight edge and Stanley knife or simply torn to size.
