Combining sound deadening and thermal insulation in one product, Dodo Mat DEADN DUO provides a simple and effective way to treat campervan and van floors, helping reduce vibration, road noise and heat transfer without the need to install separate layers.
For a typical installation, pack the floor with 9mm strips of plywood at the base, bonded securely with CT1, then lay the Dodo Duo directly over the top.
The rear floor of larger vans is often a major source of low-frequency road noise and road drone. Treating this area with Dodo Duo can make a significant difference to the acoustic comfort of the finished vehicle.

Dodo Mat DEADN DUO combines two essential layers in one application:
1.5mm butyl sound deadening helps reduce panel vibration and structural noise, while the integrated 3mm Dodo Super Liner closed-cell foam layer provides thermal insulation and additional acoustic performance.
Simply peel and stick the material directly onto the prepared metalwork for a fast, clean installation.
This makes Dodo Duo particularly well suited to campervan floors, van floors, boot areas and other large vehicle panels where both sound deadening and insulation are required.
Dodo Mat DEADN DUO – Two Layers in One
Dodo DEADN DUO is designed to make installation easier by combining vibration damping, sound deadening and thermal insulation into a single product.
The 1.5mm butyl layer provides effective vibration damping. With a high rubber content and reduced mineral filler, the material is designed to deliver strong vibration control and help reduce unwanted structural and airborne noise.
The integrated 3mm Dodo Super Liner closed-cell foam layer adds thermal and acoustic insulation, helping stabilise temperatures inside the vehicle and reduce the potential for condensation.
Together, the two layers provide a practical, high-performance solution for campervan floor insulation and acoustic treatment.

Dodo Duo is supplied as a continuous 5m roll, making it particularly convenient for treating large floor areas and custom vehicle installations.
The flexible material can be cut to shape with a sharp knife and does not require heating before installation.
Simply measure, cut, peel and stick to the prepared vehicle surface.
