The Dodo Super Liner Floor Package is designed for vehicle conversions where reducing road noise, floor vibration and heat transfer is important, but keeping the installation lightweight and affordable is also a priority.
The package uses 6mm Dodo Super Liner, a flexible closed-cell foam liner designed specifically for automotive insulation and sound control.
For a typical installation, pack the floor with 9mm strips of plywood at the base, bonded with CT1, before laying the Dodo Super Liner directly over the top.
The rear floor of larger vans and campervans can be a significant source of low-frequency road noise and road drone. Treating this area properly can make a noticeable difference to the acoustic comfort of the finished vehicle.

Dodo Super Liner is an affordable, self-adhesive flexible foam liner designed for vehicle heat insulation and acoustic insulation.
The unique Dodo closed-cell foam formulation provides effective thermal insulation and acoustic absorption in a low-profile 6mm (1/4") thickness.
Once installed, the liner helps create a thermal barrier between the vehicle floor and cabin, helping to stabilise interior temperatures throughout the year.
The self-adhesive backing makes installation straightforward. Simply measure, cut and apply to a clean, prepared surface.
