The kit brings together Dodo Mat DEADN Hex 1.8mm, Dodo Thermo Liner PRO 15mm SE and Dodo Fleece EVO 50mm, giving you everything needed to build up a professional multi-layer insulation system inside your van.
The three products work together to reduce panel vibration and unwanted noise while improving thermal insulation and helping maintain a more comfortable interior temperature throughout the year.

The kit provides approximately 10m² of DEADN Hex coverage, with the Thermo Liner and Fleece providing additional insulation for your van conversion.
Stage 1 – Dodo Mat DEADN Hex 1.8mm Sound Deadening
Start by applying Dodo Mat DEADN Hex 1.8mm to the vehicle's interior metal panels.
DEADN Hex is a self-adhesive, foil-backed sound deadening and vibration damping material designed to reduce panel vibration and unwanted structural noise.
For typical applications, apply the material to approximately 50% of the available panel area. Simply cut the sheets to shape, peel off the backing and stick directly to the prepared metalwork.
The 50-sheet pack provides approximately 4.7m² / 50 sq ft of coverage, making it suitable for treating the key metal panels of a short-wheelbase van.

Stage 2 – Dodo Thermo Liner PRO 15mm SE
Once the metal panels have been treated with sound deadening, add Dodo Thermo Liner PRO 15mm SE.
This professional-grade van insulation combines reinforced aluminium foil with soft closed-cell foam to provide both thermal and acoustic insulation.
The flexible construction allows the material to follow the curves, shapes and contours of your vehicle, making it particularly suitable for campervan and motorhome conversions.
Thermo Liner PRO helps create a thermal barrier within the vehicle, helping keep the interior warmer in winter and cooler in summer, while also contributing to a quieter cabin.
The strong self-adhesive backing makes installation straightforward. Cut the material to size, peel and stick directly to the prepared surface.

Stage 3 – Dodo Fleece EVO 50mm
The final stage uses Dodo Fleece EVO 50mm, a sustainable, itch-free insulation quilt manufactured from recycled plastic bottles.
The latest EVO formulation has been developed with a tighter composition to help the material retain its shape when installed in confined or awkward areas.
It provides excellent thermal performance while producing less mess and shedding than traditional insulation materials.
One face has been lightly heat treated to create a smoother surface, helping improve contact with panels and spray adhesives during installation.
Dodo Fleece EVO can be used between campervan panels or installed over existing insulation to increase the overall insulation performance of your van.
It can be cut using a straight edge and Stanley knife, or simply torn to size by hand.
