Create a quieter, warmer and better-insulated campervan with this three-stage Dodo Van Insulation Kit. Combining sound deadening, thermal insulation and 50mm recycled fleece insulation, this package provides an effective solution for campervans, motorhomes and van conversions.
The kit combines Dodo Mat DEADN Hex 1.8mm, Dodo Thermo Liner V4 7mm and Dodo Fleece EVO 50mm. Each layer performs a different role, helping reduce vibration and unwanted noise while improving thermal insulation and maintaining a more comfortable cabin temperature throughout the year.
The 7mm Thermo Liner provides a slim, lightweight insulation layer, making this package an excellent choice where space, weight and insulation performance all need to be considered.

The kit provides approximately 4.7m² of DEADN Hex, 10m² of Thermo Liner V4 and 7.4m² of Dodo Fleece EVO.
Stage 1 – Dodo Mat DEADN Hex 1.8mm Sound Deadening
The first stage is Dodo Mat DEADN Hex 1.8mm, a self-adhesive, foil-backed sound deadening and vibration damping material.
Apply DEADN Hex to the vehicle's interior metal panels at approximately 50% coverage. It helps reduce panel vibration and unwanted structural noise before the insulation layers are installed.
Simply cut the sheets to shape, peel away the backing and apply directly to clean, prepared metalwork.
The supplied 50-sheet pack provides approximately 4.7m² / 50 sq ft of coverage, making it suitable for treating the key panels of a short-wheelbase van.

Stage 2 – Dodo Thermo Liner V4 7mm
The second stage is Dodo Thermo Liner V4 7mm, a slim, self-adhesive thermal insulation layer designed for vehicle and campervan applications.
The latest V4 formulation combines low thermal conductivity with high water vapour diffusion resistance, helping improve the thermal performance of your van while providing a more comfortable cabin environment.
The self-adhesive surface has been upgraded with a rougher finish to improve grip against metal vehicle panels. The stronger release paper also makes installation easier.
Thermo Liner V4 helps control cabin temperatures throughout the year, helping keep the vehicle warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
Its 7mm profile makes it particularly useful where you want effective insulation without taking up excessive space inside the van.

Stage 3 – Dodo Fleece EVO 50mm
The final stage is Dodo Fleece EVO 50mm, an itch-free, sustainable insulation quilt manufactured from recycled plastic bottles.
The latest EVO formulation has been developed with a tighter composition to help the material maintain its shape when installed in tight or awkward spaces.
It provides excellent thermal performance with less mess and shedding than traditional insulation materials.
One face of the fleece has been lightly heat treated to create a smoother finish, helping improve panel contact and compatibility with spray adhesives.
Dodo Fleece EVO can be installed between campervan panels or laid over existing insulation to further improve the overall thermal performance of your van.
The material can be cut using a straight edge and Stanley knife or simply torn to size.
