The fitting itself is super easy.  The blank will be supplied with 3M tape on the underside to help fix to the bumper.  Simply click into place and apply pressure to the topside onto the bumper.

Should you wish to remove the blank, the grille will need to be removed and the clips at the rear of the blank pressed together to pop out the part.
